Blancpain : Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe Day Date 70s

Following its 1956 debut – three years after the launch of the Fifty Fathoms –, the style of Blancpain’s Bathyscaphe evolved with the times. The 70s saw bold dial markings with Arabic numerals and windows for the day of the week and date at 3 o’clock. Blancpain : Villeret Tourbillon Volant Heure Sautante Minute Rétrograde

In addition to the remarkable construction of the tourbillon, which appears to be floating on air, this new launch is distinguished by an entirely decorated movement and a grand feu enamel dial handcrafted in the Blancpain workshops.

Blancpain : new Traditional Chinese Calendar limited-edition

Blancpain presents a new Traditional Chinese Calendar limited-edition to celebrate the Year of Dog

For the sixth consecutive year, Blancpain presents a limited-edition wristwatch equipped with the Traditional Chinese Calendar in tribute to this age-old culture. A horological complication exclusively developed by the Manufacture in Le Brassus, the Traditional Chinese Calendar is housed in a platinum case, while the movement’s oscillating weight is engraved with the symbol of the current lunar year.
